Formation of Chiyoda X-ONE Engineering Corporation

Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) is pleased to announce that the formation of ‘Chiyoda X-ONE Engineering Corporation’, from the merger of three group companies, Chiyoda Kosho Co. Ltd, Chiyoda System Technologies Corporation and Chiyoda TechnoAce Co. Ltd, was completed on 1 April 2023.
The name of the new company includes ‘Engineering’ as our core business, ‘X-ONE’ in reference to the combination of Transformation (X) and ‘One Team’ (ONE) and represents ‘transformation through Chiyoda Technology x One Team.
Chiyoda will collaborate with the new company, other group companies and our business partners to implement our grow strategy in new business portfolio areas, as well as traditional energy sectors, and deliver solutions to clients more efficiently as a consolidated group though our combined engineering and technological expertise and experience.
