- Middle Molecule Drug plant proposals: developing, executing and analyzing experimental patterns for synthesis/purification processes, and incorporating the results into designs to meet specific needs.
- Implementing flexible space design to accommodate process requirements determined in later design phase to shorten the construction schedule.
- Developing equipment and proposing synthesis and purification processes, so to scale-up from small-scale trials to large-scale commercial production.
- Construction of a control system to manage multiple process options.
- Providing professional procurement capabilities for long lead-time items, such as explosion-proof specifications and special lining equipment.
- Implementing meticulous planning and efficient execution of validation activities.
In the Middle Molecule Drug field which is expanding into new areas of new drug development, Chiyoda supports customers in all aspects of project execution, including feasibility studies, design, construction, commissioning, and validation.
