Chiyoda Group has established the Compliance Consultation and Reporting System to prevent compliance violations, ensure early detection, and facilitate corrective actions.

For Using the Compliance Consultation and Reporting System
Before using the system, please read the following information.
Those who can use the Consulting and Reporting System
All staff (including agency personnel) working for Chiyoda Group, their family, retired employees, students participating in the internship and members in companies having business with Chiyoda Group.
Scope of the Consulting and Reporting System
This system is designed to address consultations and reports regarding compliance violations (including violations of domestic and international laws, international agreements, various internal regulations, as well as breaches of social appropriateness in business execution such as human rights, harassment, corruption, and information security) committed by Chiyoda Group and its officers and employees, or actions that may potentially lead to such violations.
Protection of Consulter / Reporter
Information that could identify the consulter/reporter will not be shared with anyone other than the personnel in charge of this system, unless the consulter/reporter has given prior consent or there are other legitimate reasons. Additionally, information obtained through investigations will not be shared beyond what is necessary. No disadvantageous treatment will be imposed on the consulter/reporter due to their consultation or report. If you experience any disadvantageous treatment, please contact the Compliance Consultation and Reporting System.

- Consultation/reporting only available by employees (incl. temporary employees) of Chiyoda Corporation and Japanese domestic Chiyoda Group companies.
- Anonymous contact is available (the consultant will verify the name of the company to which the consulter/reporter belongs. Additionally, consultation/reporting can be made with a name, while the report to Chiyoda Corporation can be made anonymously).
- Consulter/reporter can choose whether the issues need to be reported to Chiyoda Group or not.

- Anonymous contact is available(Consultation/reporting can be made with a name, while the report to Chiyoda Corporation can be made anonymously). However the lawyer may not be able to resolve the issue without knowing the consulter/reporter's belonging and name.
- Even if the lawyer knows the consulter/reporter's name, the name will not be disclosed to Chiyoda Group without the consulter/reporter's consent.

- This hotline will only receive your consultation/reporting and transfer it to Chiyoda Corporation. Upon receipt of the consultation/reporting, Compliance Section, Legal Department will follow up and take action.

Number of Consultations and Reports
In the fiscal year 2024 (ended in March 2025), the system received reports as follows.
Feedback of investigation results to the employees from the appropriate department in accordance with whistleblowing procedures.
Disciplinary against deviancy will be punished by labor regulations etc. depending on the degree.
