Project DX Strategy

In Project DX strategy, the development of a digital EPC platform and a digital cockpit as a business environment is being advanced, and the concept behind it will be introduced.

Improving EPC Project Execution with the Digital EPC Platform

The Digital EPC Platform uses digital technology to advance concurrent engineering and information sharing across the entire EPC supply chain, improving project progress management and enhancing EPC project execution capabilities.

Digital EPC Platform and Digital Cockpit

Develop and operate a Digital EPC Platform for complex FEED and EPC projects as our main business, with a customized interface (Digital Cockpit) for each project member, to share the information between internal and external stakeholders, minimize risk and improve project execution efficiency.

Equipment and Material Procurement (collaborate with stakeholders in the project supply chain)

Involve internal and external stakeholders in equipment and materials procurement on a single centralized platform, facilitating detailed equipment and material tracking including quality control and scheduling. We are progressing Supply Chain Collaboration on a single centralized platform, upon which all equipment and material procurement activities are conducted to ensure all stakeholders can promptly understand item status.

Exeution of Engineering Work

By having all stakeholders conduct engineering on the same platform, it becomes possible to obtain the necessary input information for engineering, link engineering results, and visualize engineering progress. Furthermore, procurement and construction planning can be adjusted in accordance with the engineering progress of each department.

Human Resources DX (promoting and expanding the CHIYODA DX STORY)

Develop and expand Human Resources DX to enhance business transformation planning and execution involving internal and external stakeholders, and foster a DX employee mindset and skill set throughout the company, promoting and expanding the CHIYODA DX STORY.
