2026 President's Message to New Employees

The following is a summary of the President's Message to new employees by Koji Ota on 1 April 2026.

Welcome and congratulations to all new employees joining our company. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Chiyoda Corporation.

Since our founding over 70 years ago, Chiyoda has enhanced our presence in society by applying our technological development process and foresight, engineering expertise and problem solving capabilities in collaboration with clients and partners to develop a diverse business, while realizing our purpose of 'Enriching Society through Engineering Value'. We continue to refine these strengths through collaboration and co-creation within our organization and with clients and partners, leveraging each other's strengths to their fullest potential. By taking the lead in these initiatives, we aim to address increasingly diverse and complex social challenges towards creating a more prosperous future.

Last year, we began operating under a new medium-term management plan 'Business Plan 2025' with the key expression 'Be the Change', aiming to grow into a more value-added and attractive engineering company within the next 10 years. During this initial three-year period, we are working to stabilize and diversify our revenue streams.

I hope all new employees will approach every task with sincerity, dedication and professionalism, applying your talent, passion and fresh perspectives. Perfecting your skills, building trust, successfully completing important tasks and gaining valuable experience will support you throughout your life and forge your future as an essential company resource.
