Chiyoda became a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact

Chiyoda has signed to be a participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) in November, 2012. The UNGC is a voluntary corporate responsibility initiative established in the United Nations Headquarters in 2000.

Chiyoda has established the Code of Conduct in line with its corporate philosophy, "Energy and Environment in Harmony" and has been expanding its business globally. As an endorser of the UNGC ten principles of four fields i.e. human rights, labor, environment, and anticorruption, Chiyoda further implements its role as a good corporate citizen and aims to contribute to a sustainable growth of international society.
