Medium-term Management Plan
Chiyoda has formulated and announced its medium-term management plan 'Business Plan 2025 (Be the Change - Enriching the Future)' for the three years from fiscal year 2025 to fiscal year 2027.
We aim to achieve stabilizing and diversifying revenues, while creating value with stakeholders, through 'Be the Change' under our purpose of 'Enriching Society through Engineering Value'.
※In the disclosure dated January 28, 2026, titled "Notice of Agreement regarding the redemption plan of Class A Preferred Shares and Partial Amendment to Articles of Incorporation," we updated the quantitative target (net income) of the Management Plan 2025. For details, please refer to page 10 of "New Capital Policy and Future Strategy."
